It's been almost 4 years to the month that a saw Night Ranger at BB's but it seemed like deja vu. It was another great show with a very loud and enthusiastic crowd. The only difference was they did not have tables down on the floor area. These guys played a great set with all their hits, with some Damn Yankees and a little Ozzy thrown in (See set list below).
Night Ranger has been around for 30 years and they sound as good as ever live. Vocally Jack and Kelly still hit all the notes and the dueling guitars of Brad and Joel define Night Ranger.
I got to give props to guitarist Joel Hoekstra. He's the definition of a hard working musician. Playing full time in Night Ranger, he tours with Tran Siberian Orchestra (East) and plays in the Broadway show "Rock of Ages".
Shooting info: No photo pit at BB's and stage lighting that's in need of a serious upgrade. Shot with my Canon T2i and the following lenses: Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 & Sigma 70-200mm F2.8
