Buckcherry- Sands Event Center, Bethlehem, PA 5/29/13

Buckcherry was in top form when they played the Sands Casino Event Center in Bethlehem, PA. Opening support was 3 great bands- Madame Mayhem, Mindset Evolution & Heaven's Basement.

This was my only second time seeing Buckcherry, but a first as a headliner. The last time I saw them was when they were part of the "Crue Fest" back in summer of 2008 playing right before Motley Crue. This tour is in support of their 6th album "Confessions" that came out in February. They played 5 songs from the new CD and plus all their hits. A very large crowd turned out for the show and was into the new and old tunes. It's kind of strange why these guys are not more popular.

Shooting and venue info: This was my first time shooting or attending a show at the Sands but not my last. They have a great venue, with a large photo pit, awesome lighting, 2 big HD screens and nice sound system. It also cool to have a Casino and a bunch of restaurants right down the hall. I shot the first 3 songs of Buckcherry from the pit and a few from around the venue. 1600 ISO was fine all night. Camera Gear- Canon T2i & Sigma 24-70mm F2.8
